From our humble beginnings in 1990, Blue Collar People has been connecting skilled workers with great jobs across Perth and we couldn’t be prouder.

We started out as a small team helping Perth’s construction and logistics companies find the workers they needed. These days we’ve expanded and service across Western Australia. We’re helping clients build new homes, school buildings and commercial projects and keep construction sites and warehouses running smoothly. We make sure businesses city-wide have the workers they need to get the job done right.

Blue Collar People in 2025

This year as we’re going to be busier than ever as Blue Collar People and Western Australia both continue to grow. Our 2025 goals include:

  • Developing FIFO opportunities for clients and workers
  • Expanding our metro service area from Alkimos to Mandurah by adding more clients and team members
  • Continuing to deliver the excellent, personalised service we’re known for to our existing clients and team members across Perth
