Blue Collar People is seeking an experienced carpenter to join a leading commercial builder specializing in government and institutional projects including police stations and schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term commercial work.
Position Overview: We’re seeking a qualified carpenter to work on various commercial construction and maintenance projects across the Perth metropolitan area. You’ll be working with an established team on high-quality government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial carpentry on government facilities
- First and second fix carpentry
- Formwork and roofing works
- General maintenance and repairs
- Working collaboratively within a large team
We Offer:
- Competitive rate of $48 per hour + $21.94/day (Travel Allowance)
- Overtime penalties after 7.6 hours

Essential Requirements:
- Proven commercial carpentry experience
- Complete tool kit
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Police clearance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel to various sites across Perth
