Blue Collar People is a Labour Hire company which is based in Perth, Western Australia. Blue Collar People specializes in providing temporary blue-collar labour to numerous industries all around the Perth Metropolitan area and some remote sites too.

Blue Collar People opened its doors for business on 17th December 1990 here in Perth Western Australia. From humble beginnings we have grown tremendously in both size and reputation. Back then, in 1990, there was only around 4 or 5 Labour Hire companies in Perth and the idea of supplying temporary blue-collar labour to industry was a reasonably new concept, in Perth.
We moved into our current Labour Hire business premises, on Adelaide Terrace Perth, back in 1997 and have remained in the same business premises/ offices ever since.
Over the last 30 years we have seen the rise of Labour Companies/Agencies in Perth grow to well over 100 agencies – we have however been able to maintain and grow our market share by providing both our customers and our temp workers with great service.
Our clients tell us regularly that we continually are able to provide them with great labour hire solutions by providing them with great temp workers at short notice. Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic we have become very busy with the supply of construction labourers, forklift drivers, stores people and general labourers. Providing tradespeople has become exceptionally difficult throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as they have been in short supply.
